While we bark like a dog, balance like a tree and rest as quiet as rock, families will build balance, coordination and flexibility. Class will include yoga poses, games, and partner/group poses to foster self-awareness, creativity and empowerment. The workshop will end with quiet relaxation to leave you and your family calm and refreshed.
