Whether barking like a dog, balancing like a tree or resting as quiet as a rock, this class will be a creative and fun adventure for all!

Class is geared towards families and kids ages 2-8 years old.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat. A blanket is suggested for underneath yoga mats.
